Jelly Tots Early Learning Centre South Yunderup is seeking a passionate Centre Director to lead our team, inspire young minds, and drive excellence in early childhood education.

This will include helping to organize and allocate resources, assisting with staff recruitment, managing parent tours and enrolments, performing risk assessments, and tailoring policies to suit the needs of the centre.
Upon opening, take the lead in driving operational excellence and ensuring our centre meets the highest standards, all while fostering an inspiring and collaborative team culture.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality learning environments, building strong connections with families and the community, and creating memorable experiences through engaging tours and enrolments.
Qualifications & Certifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education Current WA Working with Children Check National Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months).
Experience & Skills: Proven experience in managing a childcare centre, with expertise in rostering and team performance.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and administrative skills.
Thorough understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
