As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business About Goodstart Success Small 66 place centre located adjacent to Jandakot Primary School on Hammond Road in Success.
We are conveniently located a short distance from Gateway Shopping Centre and the Cockburn train station Our Educators come from a variety of backgrounds making us a truly multicultural centre We are committed to regular professional development and all of our Educators hold relevant Early Childhood, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma qualifications along with Working With Children Checks.
