We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre Director to lead our 44-place childcare centre in New South Wales catering for ages 0 -6 years.

Key Responsibilities: As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of educators to ensure the provision of safe, engaging, and educational experiences for children.Working in collaboration with the current Centre Nominated Supervisor and Educational LeaderDeveloping and implementing the curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).Managing the operational aspects of the centre, including staff rostering, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community.Ensuring that all health, safety, and welfare policies are consistently upheld, promoting a safe environment for children and staff.Promoting a positive workplace culture through staff support, training, and professional development.Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring smooth administrative processes.Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will need:
