As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
About Goodstart :
Goodstart Early Learning Prospect, Prospect Road will be replaced with a NEW CENTRE build: Goodstart Prospect (Fitzroy) in October 2024.
Goodstart Prospect is a 54-placed early learning and childcare centre situated approximately five kilometres from our beautiful city of Adelaide. Although Goodstart Prospect sits on the outskirts of a busy city we pride ourselves on our friendly and small community feel.
We are very proud to say that the centre received a rating of Exceeding, after being assessed by the regulatory authority. This process assesses us in the seven quality areas including Educational Practice, Children's Health and Safety, Physical Environment, Staffing Arrangements, Relationships with Children, Partnerships with Families and Leadership and Management. We are now in the process of applying for an Excellence rating. You'll need: A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
