My Kindy is a small group of privately owned Early learning centres located on the Gold Coast, with an exceptional status in the Early Childhood Sector. My Kindy seeks a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Director to join our amazing team at our Labrador location.

We would love for you to have:
Excitement to learn, grow, and develop yourself and others via mentoring and coaching. Proven experience and qualification as an experienced Leader (Diploma Qualified is preferred). Current QLD Working with Children's Check (WWC). Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Happy and positive personality to role model for children and support Educators' wellbeing. Suitable digital experience or keen to learn for Kinderloop. Great communication skills with families, children, and team. A community-minded individual who is dedicated to the development of children. Availability to support children's learning with excellent team supervision. A positive role model and team member. Great documentation skills for reporting to the Approved Providers. Fantastic opportunity to further develop your Leadership career, knowledge, and skills.
