What's the Job?
The role of Centre Administration Officer exists to provide administrative, coordination, communication, and project tasks relative to the work of a range of Commonwealth and key stakeholder funded community-based programs. The role assists in the day-to-day coordination of service delivery and supports the Senior Operations Manager/Area Manager in working with key partner organisations. It also involves supporting Consultants and the Area Manager in carrying out day-to-day client serving activities.
What we need from you:
Excellent financial and literacy skills including use of all computer software systems
Experience in providing frontline customer service
Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in working with people at all levels in a medium to large organisation with multiple sites (Team Player)
Current Victorian Drivers Licence
Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or be willing to obtain one
You should be eligible to work in Australia.
