It covers 30,000sqm and is located in one of Perth's most affluent suburbs, drawing shoppers from across the metropolitan area.

Your role as Centre Administration Manager is to assist the Centre Manager and Retail Manager in realising the potential of Claremont Quarter by delivering on the agreed strategy, maximising asset performance and building profound partnerships with our tenants and other stakeholders.

Key elements include proactive relationship management, system & record maintenance, and financial management to ensure the smooth property management of the asset.

Responsibilities
Assist the Retail Manager in the collection of rent and management of arrears within the KPI.
Process fit-out incentive payments.
Assist the Retail Manager in the collection of audited sales information.
Support the Centre Manager and Property Accountant with recoverable expenses (i.e.
electricity, Sunday trade, extended trade, Public Holiday trade, trade waste and exhaust), interest charges and critical date management.
Assist the Centre Manager and Property Accountant with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting.
Issue annual budget statements and correspondence to tenants in accordance with the Act.
Assist the Centre Manager and Property Accountant in the preparation of VO audit files and issue statements to tenants in accordance with the Act.
Responsible for Bank Guarantee Registers.
Responsible for Public Liability Insurance Register.
Work with the Centre Manager and Retail Manager regarding tenant correspondence including option letters, rent review letters, market review letters, assignment of lease and audited sales.
Assist with lease documentation including ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Maintain necessary records - MRI, tenancy schedule, vacate forms, MRI tenant set-ups.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail property industry.
Financial reporting and debtor control experience required.
Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
CBRE MRI Pulse and Pulsetech Systems experience would be desirable.
Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act.
REBA Registered Sales Representative or Property Manager license would be desirable.
Must be a team player, with the ability to support and motivate colleagues where required.
Highly proficient in use of computers and ability to work with internal Hawaiian systems once trained.
