The FPP facilitates home visits for women during pregnancy and the first two years of their children's lives. The FPP team includes Nurse Home Visitors (NHV), Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers, a Social Worker and an Administration Officer.
The program is delivered in Alice Springs, Amoonguna, Santa Teresa, Ntaria, Utju and Wallace Rock communities.
About the Role The ANFP Program Manager provides operational leadership, team management and coordination of the Congress Family Partnership Program, ensuring the program maintains fidelity to the model in a culturally responsive manner.
Minimum Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience. Proven experience in management of a team that resulted in the effective delivery of services to the community, including the ability to implement operational plans, undertake financial management, analyse and address complex issues, and prepare correspondence.
