As the Center Manager, you are responsible for always maintaining and enhancing the integrity and reputation of AECC and its partners. We are looking for someone that is available to work on weekends, once a week.

The content of test materials, including removal and/or reproductionYour username and password, which you must never share with anyoneInformation of the candidatesTraining and certification processGeneral Responsibilities as the Center Manager: Set up the test center as per Pearson standard. This includes acquiring the office, overseeing the office fit-out, procuring the test center hardware and furniture, and installation of the required system. You will be working closely with the Regional Center Manager during the set-up stage.Manage the day-to-day activities of the test center.Report to the Regional Center Manager on a regular basis.Procurement of test center supplies and needed services.Reporting of Monthly Figures and office expenses.Training the test center invigilators and ensuring professionalism and confidentiality are always observed by the team members.Initiate promotional activities to boost the registration.Work with industry partners to boost the numbers.Ensure positive experience for test takers and future candidates by demonstrating excellent customer service.As the Certified Pearson Test Administrator, you are responsible for managing the exam delivery process. You will be trained in how to use the Pearson VUE Testing System applications.
You will welcome, check in, and monitor candidates. You will ensure that candidates have a pleasant and comfortable testing environment. You will safeguard exam security and maintain a reputation for quality and integrity.
General Responsibilities as the Certified Pearson Test Administrator: Always be professional and courteous.Ensure a comfortable and test-conducive environment for the candidates.Manage test center details and user accounts and be proficient on Pearson Vue Testing System applications.Check identity, admit, and monitor candidates.Maintain order in the testing room.Make a report of all the incidents and respond to them when necessary.Maintain exam confidentiality.Reconcile monthly figures and payments received from Pearson.Candidates who have prior experience will be highly regarded.
