The Position
The purpose of a Talent Acquisition Advisor is to strategically identify, attract and hire potential applicants to meet CEA's current and future workforce requirements.
This role is responsible for:
Consulting with Hiring Managers - Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their business requirements, key drivers, issues and specifics for reach vacancy.
Enhance Candidate and Stakeholder Experience - Establishing and maintaining a high level of trust with stakeholders and applicants through active communication, responding to queries in a timely manner thereby creating a positive recruitment experience.
Developing Recruitment Strategies – Creating and implementing effective recruitment plans to proactively identify, attract and assess talent to build a mobile, diverse and competent workforce aligned with CEA's objectives.
Providing Market Insights - Providing insights, knowledge and analysis of talent availability, industry market trends and salary benchmarking and mapping.
Contributing to Organisation Culture – Assessing and promoting CEA workplace values and behaviours to foster an engaged, inclusive and high performing workforce.
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes.
A high level of analytical and problem solving skills including efficient administration skills.
Being adaptable with the ability to identify risk and opportunities whilst exercising sound judgement.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - Baseline.
