We are currently searching for a dedicated and self-motivated Project Manager for our Construction Team.
Reporting to the GM Construction, this role is responsible for all facets of Project Management on commercial HVAC jobs. This role starts at the award of a contract and carries through to DLP handover. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the following aspects of the projects assigned:
WHS, Environment and Quality Project Scope Programs and deadlines Variations This role requires a high level of administrative and organisational skills, as well as:
WHS Construction Induction (White Card) Experience working with Asbestos Containing Materials Valid Driver's Licence Minimum 5 years experience with commercial HVAC systems in medium to large buildings. Previous experience with ProCore would be highly regarded.
