About the role We're currently looking for a Senior Communications Analyst to join our Technology Services team on a permanent basis working in Melbourne, Australia. Specifically, this role will focus on Customer Communications Management (CCM) as the underpinning technology in strategic transformation programmes. Your keen eye and attention to detail will make a difference by ensuring we deliver high quality data analysis, documentation and specifications for delivery and testing teams. You will be playing an important part of ensuring our delivery teams are receiving the right information in a reliable way, and therefore, experience with Customer Communications Management tools will be highly regarded.
You will gather business requirements that identify, understand, analyse and document customer communication processes and information requirements of the overall solution. You will develop functional specifications, describing the process and conceptual information requirements of business requirements. We are looking for someone with experience operating in a fast-paced environment with the understanding of agile delivery methods. You'll apply your exceptional analysis skills and inquisitive approach to lead the analysis and resolution of business problems through a range of elicitation techniques to develop requirements.
About you If you think this role is right for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Experience using leading Customer Communications Management tools is highly desirable.Experience in delivering business and technical analysis services is MANDATORY.Experience in the Financial Services (Banking) Industry is MANDATORY.Investigation skills and finance/insurance knowledge of communication documents, statements of advice and policies involved is MANDATORY.Extensive and in-depth experience in business analysis in complex transformation programs and projects.Experience working with data models, data dictionaries and SQL.Able to translate Business Requirements into Technical Mapping & Data Mapping.Experience working in a Team environment with Business & Product Owners, SMEs, Developers and Testers to ensure technical documentation is aligned to business requirements.Experience working in an Agile delivery environment using Confluence, Jira or DevOps.High level ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, through all levels within an organisation (business and technical).Experience with leveraging project controls such as Risk, Issues, Scope, Dependencies, flight planning and Sprint planning.CCBA / CBAP qualifications desirable.How you'll benefit We provide a dynamic and rewarding work environment featuring:
