Please also upload copies of relevant degrees/post graduate qualifications: Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist level 3, Senior Psychologist, Social Worker Level 3.You possess demonstrated ability to provide evidence based mental health care with advanced clinical skills in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, while working effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.You have demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills and information technology skills to provide complex specialty services and influence innovative clinical practice.Where you'll be workingThe Mental Health Triage & Flow Coordination clinician will be required to work across Gosford and Wyong sites providing support to the Acute Care Mental Health Teams.
