Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Health Clinician Level 3 to join our Mental Health Acute Care Team. If you are passionate about making a difference, this role provides an excellent platform to demonstrate your skills within a supportive working environment and make a real difference in the provisions of services to the Central Coast Community.
About You

You have demonstrated ability to meet the essential criteria of the role including practicing in accordance with the relevant discipline specific national standards of practice. Please also upload copies of relevant degrees/post graduate qualifications: Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist level 3, Senior Psychologist, Social Worker Level 3.
You possess demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based mental health care with advanced clinical skills in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, while working effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.
You have demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills and information technology skills to provide complex specialty services and influence innovative clinical practice.

Where you'll be working
The Mental Health Triage & Flow Coordination clinician will be required to work across Gosford and Wyong sites providing support to the Acute Care Mental Health Teams.
The position will have a focus on client flow and improving the journey of care through internal and external services with the aim of enhancing access to the most appropriate team within the Central Coast Mental Health Service.
