Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until December 2025 Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 6 Remuneration: $1487.65 - $1522.82 per week Hours Per Week: 38 Hours per week Requisition ID: REQ521657 The Central Coast Local Health District - Wyong Hospital is looking for a HIS Supervisor/ Audit and Quality Officer to be responsible for daily supervision of a team of HIS staff undertaking direct service delivery through the provision of scanned, electronic and paper-based medical records to support clinical care.
This position supports medical records administration by undertaking a range of duties such as training, audit and review, procedure development, report writing, liaising with other hospital staff, managing and reporting on continuous audit and quality programs to ensure accuracy of the scanning process, as well as identifying and targeting opportunities for improved quality of scanning to meet Document Imaging quality KPI's.
An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions.This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice.
Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours; therefore, there are no claims to permanency.About You You are an excellent Team Player.
