As an Administration Officer – Level 3, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping to: Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Support our vision of providing Trusted Care to our community by ensuring efficient, customer centric administrative support and services This talent pool is being created as a District Wide pool to service a variety of vital to service positions from Patient Support Services, Emergency Department Admissions, Surgical Admissions, Outpatients, Specialist Centres, Community Health Centres, Community Health, Mental Health and Health Information Services the opportunities are boundless.
We have Casual, temporary and permanent positions currently available, as a 24/7 hour service to our community, no matter what hours work for you, we can make it happen. If you're passionate about making a difference and you have: Strong administrative skills including intermediate ability utilising MS Word, MS Teams and data bases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
