About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a CBD Precinct Manager to join our Asset Services team based at our Hendra head office.
As the CBD Precinct Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to: Be the main point of contact for all matters relating to nominated contracts.
Ensure services are delivered in compliance with contract obligations and all KPIs, safely, on time, and within budget.
Identify, build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Ongoing identification, development, and assessment of business and project opportunities.
Being customer led, a trusted advisor, delivering and selling value.
Generating, monitoring, and following through quote management and minor works opportunities.
Controlling annual service expenditure, administering and programing workload, and coordinating scheduling and managing any schedule changes.
Developing a thorough understanding of contract scope and develop share of wallet opportunities for service lines.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping all stakeholders updated and informed.
Adhering to regular safety and operational inspection and audit regimes.
About You A relevant degree in the field or trade qualification required Previous experience working with critical infrastructure, hydrocarbons, manufacturing, or mining environments with a proven ability to meet project deadlines Experience with the application of industrial engineering techniques and maintenance optimization Experience with Equipment Hierarchy, Bill of Materials, and Maintenance Plan development Proficiency in developing and managing one or more CMMS databases (such as Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, AMOS) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite skills Proficiency in using computerised maintenance management systems A team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Effective time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Ability to demonstrate autonomy and initiative, having worked within an administrative role previously What CV Can Offer You Competitive salary package + motor vehicle allowance Additional leave through our purchased leave program Salary sacrificing and novated leasing.
