We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join us to assist in providing first-class service to one of our remote WA based Villages. In addition to this you will have:Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or hospitality discipline and/or extensive and demonstrated successful management experience is desirable.At least 5 years' experience in middle management in the service, hospitality or a similar industry.Experience of understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.Experience of ISO, HACCP and other quality standards.Extensive knowledge encompassing operations OH&S.Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel.Working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq, software desirable.About UsAs one of the world's largest integrated providers of workforce accommodation, we operate over 14,000 rooms in Queensland, New South Wales and some of the most remote parts of Western Australia.
