This role is pivotal in managing contract services with a strong focus on Facilities Management and delivering to commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, quality, scope, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the tender process for projects ranging from minor refurbishments to large-scale works, specifically within Facilities Management. Collate market and data information to support strategic business objectives. Liaise with suppliers, optimising commercial services to benefit the organization. Prepare reports, outputs, and both internal and external communications. Regularly liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across your specific portfolio of Facilities Management contracts. Skills and Experience: Proven track record in Contracts Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management with a focus on Facilities Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Degree qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain are highly regarded. Experience in managing contracts through their life cycle is essential. Extensive experience in sourcing and procurement. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Category Management and managing spend, costs, and supplier relationships.
