Ventia are currently looking to engage a motivated, articulate individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Defence Base Services (DBS) Integrity team.
This role will see you provide administrative support and ownership of various functions and is considered a vital position within our contract. This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday at our Parramatta office. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

What you'll do: Onboarding new vendors into SAP by reviewing documents and ensure the vendor meets Ventia requirements. Complete deep data analysis and audits of vendor claims and report to team lead. Review and update Subcontractor SOR's for Planned and Reactive Maintenance services. Conduct system training for external stakeholders and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders in the Subcontractor portal. About You: You must be an Australian citizen. A background in accounts payable, procurement or finance will be highly regarded. SAP experience & MS Office particularly using MS Power Automate or MS Forms is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. About Ventia:
