The OpportunityWe are looking for a Category Manager who will be a key contributor in driving the success of the product categories.
You will be responsible for executing category strategies that not only drive sales and improve profit margins but also align seamlessly with the overall category vision.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in analysing market trends to ensure the product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Your ability to leverage data to inform pricing strategies and work closely with marketing and creative teams will be essential in promoting products effectively and maximising their market potential.
The RoleDevelop and execute category strategies based on market analysis and competitor assessment.Analyse market trends and competitor activity.Contribute to category budget setting.Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer preferences.Contribute to internal and cross-departmental projects.Drive sales and margin through competitive and data-driven catalogue pricing, collaborating with creative and marketing teams for effective product promotion.About YouProven experience in category management, merchandising, or buying within the homeware or retail sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience in the furniture industry would be highly regarded.Our ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation – these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
