About the role: We're currently looking for an experienced Category Manager professional to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. In this role, you'll lead the oversight of our Fragrance portfolio, driving strategic thinking, encouraging innovative design, and providing goal-oriented guidance to your team. Your pivotal role will entail developing and executing a comprehensive, dynamic category strategy, which will be integral to our success.

What you'll bring:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Category Manager, Buying/Merchandise Manager, or Account Manager within beauty. Experience managing a Fragrance category, highly desirable. Desirable background in the Pharmaceutical/Beauty industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of government and scheme compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical skills to derive valuable insights from complex customer data and adeptly present them alongside creative and strategic solutions. Profound commercial acumen and extensive financial knowledge specifically within the category management realm. In-depth expertise in procurement, category management best practices, and strategic sourcing methodologies. Proven ability to lead and inspire through influential leadership, fostering high-performing teams. Exemplary multitasking and organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple priorities. Tertiary qualification (Business, Finance / Procurement, Marketing or Retail).
