As a Category Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the product categories through strategic planning, analysis and collaboration. Your primary focus will be optimising product performance and continuing to maximise profit in an ever-changing landscape.
You will Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company objective and market trends;Conduct thorough market analysis and identify grey / white space;Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product development, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives;Manage retailer relationships across buying and category teams; andMonitor category performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiative.What you will have 2 years category management experience across FMCG, preferably in consumer health;Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights using Power BI or Tableau;Excellent negotiations and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders;Bachelor's degree in business or related field; andKnowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.How to Apply
