The Role
Reporting to the Underground Foreman, the Mining Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, leading and monitoring teams to achieve the desired production targets for the shift, whilst ensuring adherence to the company's safety and quality standards, policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
WA Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
Strong communication skills, and ability to speak with all levels within the organisation.
Current "C" class WA Drivers licence.
Excellent organisational skills.
A solid work ethic and strong desire to do things safely and efficiently.
