What this opportunity involves: You'll be responsible for providing superior customer service and administrative support to meet the needs of our clients.
From vendor management to financial processes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, coordinating conferences, and providing general administrative support to the contract administrator.
Overview of the role: Provide exceptional customer service to meet on-site client expectations.Assist in vendor management by ensuring subcontractors perform to required standards and inspecting vendors' work.Support financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial management requirements.Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including ordering catering as required.Perform weekly consumables order, receive and store items, and provide receipts to the appropriate department for record-keeping.Oversee site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy.Organize specialty cleaning as required.Provide administrative support to the contract administrator to assist staff in obtaining and maintaining security clearances.Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed and support the property risk management program.Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Adhere to JLL's business conduct standards by ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures, and strategies.Sounds like you?
This is what we are looking for: Experience in property/facilities/project management-related fields.Receptionist experience and the ability to provide short-term support.Advanced Excel skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Analytical and/or financial experience.Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting performance targets.Ability to work well in a team environment.What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
