We are seeking a casual Trainer/Assessor to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) 2 days per week within a face-to-face classroom setting in Gosford. This role offers a great daily rate, and YOU will be supported by one of our dedicated and experienced Program Coordinators. Ongoing work available!About You:As an experienced trainer and assessor, you are passionate about delivering transformative training experiences that drive meaningful change. You have demonstrated experience in face-to-face delivery and assessment of training programs within the ESP sector and are able to commit to delivering onsite training/assessment sessions at our Gosford location for 2 full days per week: Monday and Tuesday.Essential Criteria/Requirements:Current qualification CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing/Disability. *If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment or willing to upgrade.Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing/Disability and able to provide evidence.VET PD which is current.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.High level of interpersonal and communication skills.Working with Children Check/Willing to obtain.A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.As the casual/contract trainer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Conducting training and assessments, workplace observations, student support, tracking, and reporting student attendance, scanning and completing relevant administrative tasks.How to Apply:Please submit your updated resume by clicking on the APPLY button or call Jacqueline on 0423 802 942 for more information.
