Lead Educator

Introduction:At Green Leaves Early Learning, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres.We're looking for a Lead Educator to help lead and mentor our team in developing and delivering high-quality educational programs. Working alongside our friendly and supportive Centre Leadership Team, use your knowledge of the National Quality Standards to observe, review and continuously implement policies and procedures within the service.Description:In this role, you will oversee compliance and support the wider leadership team as you work across all five rooms within the service.You will:Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of developmentHave experience and a passion for working within a float role, assisting as required across all age groupsUse your leadership experience to mentor educators in meeting the high standards of compliance and documentationHold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education qualificationHold a Current NSW Working with Children CheckIn return, we offer:Competitive above-award wagesOngoing career development and support from an experienced leadership teamFlexible working arrangements, Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 6:30pm24/7 access to a large online library of learning and developmentThis is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many to motivate and inspire fellow educators, children, and their families.
