Our Merino Collection store is looking for Japanese & Mandarin speakers. We offer our customers a wide range of luxuriously soft and stylish garments and accessories of the highest quality, made from merino, possum, alpaca, and leather.
Our The Cairns Store is a true destination store offering the best of Tropical North Queensland gift and souvenir ideas from local artisans. Offering plush toys, children's & adult apparel, local sporting team apparel, gourmet gifting, and souvenir items, the Cairns Store delivers an authentic experience of the Far North Queensland and the Great Barrier Reef before flying back home.
To be part of a team of professionals at the top of their game you will need to have: Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is an added bonus!Genuine interest in providing a unique and exciting shopping experience to our customersExceptional presentation standardsMaturity, initiative, and a sense of urgencySales experience will be highly regarded but is not necessary if you meet the above requirements - we'll train you!To cater to our travellers' needs, our store is open 7 days a week, and as such you will need to be flexible and available to work on weekends and shifts outside public transport hours.
Please note: As public transport can be limited at certain hours of the day, you will need your own reliable transport; however, we do provide subsidised parking.
