About the role We are looking for casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver's licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

TransportShoppingPersonal careCompanionshipMeal preparationSocial and community accessQualificationsAbout you A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clientsGreat communication & teamwork skillsFlexibility & the ability to adapt to changeA minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)Have 2x Covid19 vaccinationsCurrent Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicleCurrent Provide First Aid and CPR CertificateAustralian Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain)NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.The starting hourly rate is from $34 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation.
Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
