About You and the Role   At CSI, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, empowering our clients to live their lives on their own terms.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in offering a variety of in-home support services, including assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation, and social support.
Some shifts may involve providing care to clients with complex personal needs.
Don't worry – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully prepared for these shifts.
Please note that as a Support Worker, you will need a personal smartphone for work-related tasks and a reliable, safe vehicle (if providing transport services).

We're Looking for Individuals Who: Have a genuine passion for helping and supporting people living with a disability Bring previous experience in the sector Own a smartphone with the functionality needed for company systems and applications Hold a current NDIS clearance and/ or a Working with Children Check (or is willing to apply) Have a current Police Check (within the last 6 months) Possess a Current First Aid Certificate Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have a roadworthy vehicle   Culture and Benefits   At our company, we go above and beyond to make sure our staff truly enjoy their roles and feel valued.
