Casual Retail Security Officers- Canelands MackayWe are currently looking for multiple Casual Security Officers to be based at Canelands Shopping Center, Mackay.

Role Overview:
As a Security Officer, you will deliver high-quality front-line security services, ensuring the safety and security of our premises. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and managing risks effectively.Reporting and documenting incidents accurately.Responding promptly to medical and security emergencies, including emergency management.Building professional relationships with emergency services.De-escalating conflicts and resolving challenging situations.Providing operational guidance and support to fellow security personnel.You will have: Valid security license with crowd controller designation.MUST have current First Aid + CPR certificates.Driver's license and reliable transportation.Good physical fitness; ability to walk approximately 30,000 steps per shift.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook).Effective word processing skills for clear, factual incident reporting and maintaining shift logs.Demonstrated experience in security or transferable real-world skills.What We Offer: Secure ongoing employment.Uniform and PPE provided.Training towards a Certificate II or III in Security Operations.Opportunities for career advancement.Flexible scheduling with rostered shifts.If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!
