About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic casual team members to assist across our McLaren Vale & Hahndorf Retail Outlets and at our Royal Adelaide Show Stall.
Our Retail Sales Assistants are much more than just Sales Assistants, they are confectioners as well, yes…. they actually make some of our products on site.
Each of our stores has a supportive Manager who will provide all of the guidance and training required.
About You As an experienced Retail Sales Assistant, you will enjoy working as part of a team where your 'can do' attitude and commitment to providing our customers with great instore interactions and experiences is of the utmost importance. Your communication and interpersonal skills must be outstanding, possessing an ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually as required.
Duties: Ensuring a great standard of Customer ServiceMaintaining store standards including stocking and cleaningDirect sales to the publicWillingness to approach businesses about wholesale opportunitiesPicking and packing orders for small, medium and large customers generally on an ad hoc basisMeeting and greeting customers and telling them the Menz Confectionery storyMaking some of our products to be sold in our shops or packaging our delicious gift box selectionsSkills and Experience: Excellent Customer Service skillsEnthusiasm and a willingness to have funRetail hours across our Fruchoc shops located in Hahndorf and McLaren Vale, with the possibility of hours at the upcoming Royal Adelaide Show and Christmas Pop Ups 2024Excellent communication skillsCommitment to safetyWilling to assist across all 4 retail outlets and Pop Ups is desirable This is an exciting time to join Menz Confectionery as we continue to grow and produce world-class food products.
