Casual Pharmacist (Grade 1)

Job Category: Other Professionals - PharmacyA casual position exists for a pharmacist to join the progressive team at University Hospital. In this role, you will provide clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe, appropriate, and efficient drug use within Barwon Health and on return to the community.Responsibilities include:Ensure appropriate drug utilization through implementation of hospital policy and formulary guidelines/restrictions, and through liaison with medical, pharmacy, and nursing staff.Assist team members in delivering a clinical and outpatient pharmacy service.Ensure all work is completed accurately on time and in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures.Minimum Requirements:Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.Hospital or community pharmacist experience in Australia.You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional, friendly, and dedicated workforce who take pride in providing high-quality service.
