Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Melbourne Part-time Casual part time role | 3 days per week form 10am - 5pm Based in Melbourne Eastern suburbs Immediate start | Full time office based role About the organization A well-established family owned company, who focuses on building long-term relationships with their clients and puts an emphasis on delivering in full and on time.About the role As the Sales Administrator you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the sales Coordinators     Duties Process and administer National Chain sales orders, Woolworths - National, Coles and Costco as allocated.Liaise with 3rd party logistics and National Chains to reschedule deliveries and resolve consignment level warehouse and transport issues.Supports National Retail Sales Manager requests.Shares reception duties - phone calls, DWS mailbox and office deliveries Provides back-up support to other Sales Coordinators when required.Skills & experience Experience in Customer service / Admin or Sales Knowledge of Syspro software Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and flexible with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment Full training of our systems and procedures Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10am - 5pm Opportunity to work within a growing business On-site parking     How to apply Click APPLY or contact Olivia Agar on (******) with an updated resume.Please note: Only successfully shortlisted candidates will be contacted.**Please note your suburb of residence on your resume** **Due to lack of public transport Candidates must have a car**
