About the role:Reporting to the Merchandise Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:
Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, daily banking, internal ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesFiling and recording of auditable documentsProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesWhat we'll love about you:We are keen to hear from jobseekers with a high focus on customer service, problem solving skills, the ability to think outside the square and get the job done. You'll also have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:
