You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of I ntegrity, I nnovation, C ollaboration, A ccountability, R espect and E mpathy About the role WDHS is seeking a bubbly, easy-going, energetic person who enjoys collaborating with the team to cover leave for our Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator at our Grange Campus and other WDHS aged care facilities.
The suitable candidate will be available to work up to full-time Monday to Friday providing activities, of the Resident's choice, to our community at the Grange.
Experience and understanding of persons with dementia and of the aged care standards are desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
The applicant must have the ability to work independently and in team environment.
You will bring: Certificate IV in Community Services Leisure and Lifestyle preferred Current Driver's Licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A demonstrated capacity to work independently and flexibly For more details take a look at our Position Description.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
