Job Description: As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including all equipment and surfaces. You will also be responsible for:
Washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.Ensuring waste is disposed of promptly and appropriately.Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices.General cleaning of all kitchen common areas (sweeping and mopping floors).Making sure work surfaces, dishwashing machines, floors, and staff canteen are always clean and sanitized.Ensuring that the food preparation sites are clean.Qualifications: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter in a hotel environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.Understanding and complying with food hygiene regulations.Right to work in the UK.Flexible to work as per business needs.Additional Information: Discover a world of unparalleled perks tailored just for you:
