An exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our great team at Mosaic Hotel: This role is ideal for someone looking for minimal hours or who is looking to top up hours to existing part time work. We welcome juniors to apply.
Casual position – working up to 15 hours per week for the right candidate Immediate Start available Great West Lakes Location About the role: To be the next valued kitchen team member at Mosaic Hotel and support the growth of kitchen operations you will have the following:
Ability to complete manual tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dish washing, bin change over Flexibility working nights and weekends 3 - 15 hours over a 7 day roster of lunch and dinner shifts Must be reliable and work autonomously Reliable transport or means to get to and from work Ability to think on the go and support a team Ability to effectively work with kitchen and front of house teams Ability to start immediately Initiative and attention to detail is a must Please note that this role has minimal to no food preparation and cookery students need only apply if they are willing to do kitchen hand, dishes and cleaning as primary task.
