Shamrock Gardens Motel is currently seeking a customer focused and passionate Casual Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis.
With a high focus on guest experience, we want you to share in the success of the motel while promoting a culture of Care, Collaboration & Courage.
This role would suit someone looking to work mornings and weekends.

Your Experience & Skills Previous experience in the same or similar rolePassionate about customer experienceMeticulous attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and/or within a teamStrong time management and communication skillsYour Duties & Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness of all motel rooms and common areas are held to a high standardAssist with the management of stock control and orderingEnsure Workplace Health & Safety and house policies are adhered toAssist with guest enquiries and enhance overall guest satisfactionAvailability for mornings across a flexible work weekYour Behaviours & Values Seek to understand motel operations and strategies for effective executionReceptive to a culture of feedback, improvement and performanceA team player who collaborates to improve staff satisfaction and customer experienceJob Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
