If so, we want YOU to join our growing community at Body Fit Training Warragul!About the Role:As a group fitness trainer at BFT Warragul, you'll work alongside a supportive, high-performing team to help our clients reach their fitness goals. You will contribute to the overall experience by assisting with class delivery, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with delivering 50-minute pre-programmed functional fitness classesProvide guidance and technique support to members during classesHelp set up and pack down equipment before and after sessionsEnsure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including maintaining bathrooms and floorsSupport clients in achieving their fitness goals by providing encouragement and feedbackLead warm-ups and cool-downs during classesParticipate in start-of-shift and end-of-shift activitiesFlexibility to assist in other areas as neededAbout You:To be successful in this role, you'll need to be motivated, energetic, and have a genuine passion for fitness. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be eager to learn and grow in the fitness industry.
