About the Role The Facility Support Officer role will deliver exceptional customer experience and contribute to the achievement of Council's strategic objectives and vision for the City of Parramatta as Sydney's Global City.
You may work in various Community Hub locations and play a key role in customer service with the on-ground delivery of venue hire, programs and events within the facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high quality customer service, answer queries and assist customers in the use of Council community facilities.
Ensure facilities are clean, tidy and presentable - setting them up and packing them down in alignment with the needs of the customer Arrange furniture, equipment and assist customers with logistics such as access to the venue, loading dock or other.

We are looking for someone with: To be successful in this role you must bring the following: A minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent Working with Children Check (NSW) Strong attention to detail Capacity to maintain equipment and monitor consumable stock items Communicate appropriately with clients and colleagues Strong customer service focus Demonstrated experience in facilities/venue care and preparation Demonstrated ability to carry out or troubleshoot minor maintenance tasks Ability to understand and follow EEO, WHS and ethical practice principles What's On Offer This casual position is offering an attractive hourly rate of $32.22 plus 25% casual loading.
