The Opportunity As a Casual Educator for Anglicare Early Years at our Southern Cross Early Learning service, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between birth and 5 and school-aged children through our out-of-School Hours programs.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.
As an Educator, you will support and assist in developing innovative and responsive educational program informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards.
What's needed to succeed?
