The Cook provides an effective and efficient catering service including providing meals for patients and aged care residents and catering for functions while observing the principles of Nutrition and Health Standards.

How to apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible: Experience in cooking within a Health Facility.Qualifications in Food Hygiene Procedures and Understanding of HACCP principles and guidelines.Demonstrated experience in working with minimal supervision.Demonstrated effective Communication skills ie written and verbal.Working knowledge and understanding of Safe work practices and WHS requirements.Ability to work 7 day roster involving 1 hour shifts.Working knowledge of Infection Control Guidelines.Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.Need more information?
