About the Role We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis at Club Wyong located in Wyong, NSW!
As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
Manage efficient and high quality food preparationMaintain presentation and consistency of food servedService and prepare for all bistro and function mealsMonitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotationsEnsure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning dutiesCreate a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food qualityAbout You To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

Salary range between $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience
