We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and experiencedStudio Managerto join the BFT Milton Team.
This role offers a mix of coaching and administration responsibilities, and would be well suited to someone who is able to think on their feet and adapt quickly to day-to-day challenges.
As the Studio Manager you will work collaboratively with our studio owners to build our already thriving community. We are looking for someone who can take the lead on the management of sales (including leads and trailers), drive member retention and keep up to date with studio administration.
This role involves the daily delivery of BFT programs, so you must be able to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session. Your knowledge of exercises, training formats, progressions and regressions must be second-to-none.

Role Includes:
Sales
Communication and management of leads following the BFT Milton sales processManagement of trial clients, converting these clients to members to achieve BFT Milton sales goalsSales tracking to support the growth of the business, working towards exceeding individual and studio KPI'sIncrease membership retention (i.e. recognizing high risk members and increasing their attention in class sessions)Collaborate with owners on sales incentives/specific marketing drives and campaigns to encourage increased leads throughout the yearAssist in the planning and delivery of community events, sales drives, pop up events, in-studio competitions, member engagement ideas ectStudio Administration / Coordination
Coordinating our BFT Challenges (3x per year)Completing daily administration tasksSocial Media Management – generating a high-quality social media platform to market our studio and reflect our studio communityRegular attendance, at and delivery of, team meetings, assisting studio owners with the delivery of agenda items where requiredDriving community within the studio (includes; celebrating member milestones, assisting with Instagram content, developing current and new engagement procedures)Increase overall studio performance and member satisfactionProgram Delivery / Gym Set up
Complete session introductions ("Talk Time") to BFT standards, with reference to program focus, and BFT3 Heart Rate requirementsMaintain a high focus on member technique and exercise corrections, including regressions and appropriate progressions each sessionGreet and mark attendance for all clients each session, assisting the other Coaches and the Studio Owners in creating a sense of communityEncouraging specific pathways for clients to achieve their fitness goals, achieved through 1:1 coaching chats, EVOLT scan knowledge and basic nutritional adviceMaintain studio hygiene and cleanliness whilst on shift. Includes; equipment, reception area, studio floor, bathrooms and binsSet up/pack down classes to BFT standards, when requiredWhat we need from you:
