About the role As a Chef at Three Blue Ducks, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our modern Australian Restaurant. Working closely with our team, you'll contribute to the creation and execution of innovative, seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to sustainability and locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Assist the head chef in developing new dishes and menus aligning with our ethos of delicious and ethical food served in a relaxed setting. Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and service Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and streamlined kitchen operations Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols Contributing to a positive, hardworking and supportive team culture What we're looking for 2+ years experience as a qualified Chef Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for flavour combinations and presentation Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities Commitment to using fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced produce Passion for creating memorable dining experiences Excellent communication and teamwork skills What we offer Opportunities for training and career advancement as part of our own aspirations for growth.
