Casino Coordinator The Casino Coordinator will assist the Casino Team in running the day-to-day activities for the casino product, which is a key driver of turnover for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team in organising and coordinating all casino-related activities including management of content on-site, promotions and marketing material. This role demands excellent organisational skills, preferably a good understanding of online gaming, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Casino Coordinator will also be involved in provider administration allowing the Casino Team to build stronger partnerships as well as assist in scope of any new market entrances the company may have to ensure a smooth roll out process.
What you will do: Assist the day-to-day management of the casino across multiple brands, which includes activation of games, positioning and promotions.Manage the administration of promotional content, from securing agreements with providers to activating them on site.Monitor performance, promotional activity and content through analysis.Work closely with CRM team to ensure all content is communicated out to players appropriately.Be the key liaison for Tier 2 - 3 providers to assist maintaining relationships with account managersMaintaining updated Game roadmaps and key dates for Casino/CRM visibilityLiaise with internal departments such as design and development to deliver above responsibilities What you will bring: Essential qualities or behaviours
