About the RoleAs a key member of the Safer Pathways program, you will play a pivotal role in supporting male victims of Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). In this role, you'll deliver critical phone-based support, conduct thorough safety assessments, respond to urgent client needs, and connect individuals with key services. Working with referrals from the NSW Police and Justice Department, you'll proactively reach out to men who need support. In this high-volume environment, your ability to quickly establish trust and rapport will be crucial to ensuring each client receives the care and guidance they need.
