We are seeking applications for a Caseload Contract Officer position to work across our Logan region (offices in Beenleigh, Browns Plains and Woodridge).
Successful applicants will possess a strong administrative skill, in retrieving and maintaining documentation along with strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be negotiating job plans, scheduling client appointments and monitoring action plans, whilst completing accurate documentation of progress notes and outcome claim forms.

Responsibilities include: Assist in administrative responsibilities to meet contractual and legislative needsEnsure documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts are achievedReview program targets on a quarterly basisMaintain knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures Ensure evidence for claims are commented and submittedMaintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clientsAble to work independently and the ability to work in a team environment.
