Position: Vintage Fruit Scheduling Administration Officer This role is responsible for supporting the Grape Intake Scheduler to coordinate the harvest and receival of wine grapes into the Yenda Winery. This position requires daily communication with growers, contract harvesters, and various winery departments, while generating and maintaining data to support the scheduling process within time-critical deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure are essential.

Availability: Applicants must be available for the entire vintage period between January and April 2025.

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
